Client and report details, such as a store name, domain and reporting period, which you type into the tool.
Files you upload, such as Shopify Marketing Attribution exports, Google Analytics data and Google Search Console data. These contain business performance figures and may include channel, page or search-query data.
Messages you send us by email or phone.

Information collected automatically

Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through our hosting provider's logs.
Cookies and similar technologies, including advertising and measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel when we run ads. These help us understand how visitors reach and use the site and whether our ads work.

To generate the reports you ask for.
To send or follow up on your report request, and to respond to your messages.

3. How uploaded files are handled

Files you upload are sent to our server and to an artificial-intelligence service provider solely to read the data and produce your report. We do not use your uploaded files to build advertising profiles and we do not sell them. The Service is designed to process your files to create the report and not to keep them; we store only the email address and domain you submit when requesting your PDF.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate safeguards:

Website hosting and infrastructure providers.
Database providers that store the email addresses and domains you submit.
Artificial-intelligence processing providers that read uploaded files to extract report data.
Advertising and analytics providers, such as Meta, if you interact with our ads or site.
Authorities or advisers, where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Retention

We keep email addresses and domains for as long as needed to provide the Service and for our legitimate business purposes, or until you ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period.
